I cannot say enough great things about Carlos and Terri! As property managers, they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Carlos is incredibly attentive and quick to address any concerns, always making sure things are taken care of efficiently. Terri is equally amazing—her professionalism and warmth make every interaction a pleasure. They genuinely care about the residents and the property, which is rare to find these days. I never even laid eyes on our new house in person until we arrived on move-in day. This in itself demonstrates the trust my husband and I had in Terri and Carlos. Relocating from 1,000 miles away, we were confident they understood our needs, which was evident with the many times they went above and beyond the call of duty as realtors. I cannot even count the times that Terri and Carlos came to our rescue from start to finish. They helped us keep our sanity and the process was seamless. Did I mention the fierce negotiating and advocating they did to ensure our needs were fairly met? Having various sensitivities to smells etc, Terri never judged me and ensured the house we settled in was safe - this was probably the most important thing for us and we are not disappointed. For anyone needing help finding the perfect home locally or relocating to FL from afar, I am certain Terri and Carlos are the best in the business!

The fact that we were handling all of this from many states away could have made things stressful, but thanks to their dedication and constant communication, it never felt that way. They checked in regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and were always so easy to talk to. They know real estate inside and out, but what really sets them apart is how they build genuine relationships. They even went above and beyond by driving an hour (sometimes more!) just to show us homes over video chat.
