I never even laid eyes on our new house in person until we arrived on move-in day. This in itself demonstrates the trust my husband and I had in Terri and Carlos. Relocating from 1,000 miles away, we were confident they understood our needs, which was evident with the many times they went above and beyond the call of duty as realtors. I cannot even count the times that Terri and Carlos came to our rescue from start to finish. They helped us keep our sanity and the process was seamless. Did I mention the fierce negotiating and advocating they did to ensure our needs were fairly met? Having various sensitivities to smells etc, Terri never judged me and ensured the house we settled in was safe - this was probably the most important thing for us and we are not disappointed.
